1??范圍

 

本(ben)文件(jian)規(gui)定了靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)敏感電(dian)(dian)子(zi)產(chan)品在生產(chan)、加工(gong)、存儲、運輸和(he)使用維護過程中為防止靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)采用接地形式(shi)泄放(fang)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)荷的(de)聯接和(he)要求。

本文件適用于防靜電接地的(de)設(she)計、施工、安裝、檢測與驗收、運行維護。

本文(wen)件不適用于易燃、易爆(bao)場所的(de)接地。

防靜電接地 ESD grounding

為達到靜電放電防護目標,通過合適(shi)的材料實現與大地可靠的連接。

3.1.2

公共接地點?common ground point

又稱接地(di)端(duan)子,連接兩個或(huo)多個ESD防護物品的(de)導體的(de)接地(di)裝(zhuang)置或(huo)位置。

3.1.3

公共連接點?common connection point

連(lian)接(jie)兩(liang)個或多個ESD防護物(wu)品的(de)導體的(de)裝置或位置,通(tong)過等電(dian)位連(lian)接(jie)使(shi)ESD防護物(wu)品處于相同的(de)電(dian)位。?3.1.4

防靜(jing)電接地極?earthing electrode for electrostatic discharge (ESD)

除保護地之(zhi)外的與(yu)大地連接起(qi)來的專為靜電防護而設的接地極(ji)。

3.1.5

等電位連(lian)接 equipotential bond

 

導電部(bu)件(jian)(或用于控制靜(jing)電放電的部(bu)件(jian))的電氣(qi)連(lian)接,使其在正常和故(gu)障條件(jian)下處于基本相同(tong)的電位(wei)。

安(an)全保(bao)護地 safety grounding device

簡稱安(an)(an)全地,也稱保護地。為(wei)安(an)(an)全目地,連(lian)接設(she)備或設(she)施至大地的(de)接地系統(tong)。

軟(ruan)接地 soft grounding

使物(wu)體通(tong)過一個足(zu)夠高的(de)阻(zu)抗接(jie)往大地(di),以便(bian)發生觸電(dian)事故時把電(dian)流限制在人身安(an)全電(dian)流之下。

4??人員安全

 

本文件不(bu)能取代(dai)或代(dai)替任何(he)其他關于人(ren)員(yuan)安全的(de)規定。應采(cai)取減少電氣危害的(de)措施,?并遵循設備的(de)正確接地說明(ming)。

5 ?接地系統要求

 

5.1 概述

EPA 內操(cao)作靜電敏感器件(jian)/組部件(jian)的(de)(de)場(chang)所中所有設施(shi)設備(bei)、人員都應該實現接(jie)地(di)。接(jie)地(di)連接(jie)到公共(gong)接(jie)地(di)點上(shang)。該公共(gong)接(jie)地(di)點應根據(ju)使用場(chang)所的(de)(de)條(tiao)件(jian)和技術(shu)要求,從下列(lie)選(xuan)項中選(xuan)擇合適的(de)(de)接(jie)地(di)方式。

5.2?防靜電接地(di)極接地(di)系統

 

防(fang)靜(jing)電接(jie)地極接(jie)地系統一(yi)般(ban)由接(jie)地極分系統、連接(jie)線(干線、支(zhi)線)、接(jie)地點、接(jie)地導體等組成,具體見(jian)圖(tu)?1。

采用防(fang)靜電(dian)接(jie)(jie)地極接(jie)(jie)地系(xi)(xi)統(tong)時,應選取系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中的(de)公共接(jie)(jie)地點與(yu)保護(hu)地的(de)等電(dian)位體進行聯接(jie)(jie),連接(jie)(jie)點之間(jian)的(de)電(dian)阻應小于(yu)?25Ω。以保證系(xi)(xi)統(tong)與(yu)保護(hu)地連接(jie)(jie)的(de)設備與(yu)工具等之間(jian)處于(yu)等電(dian)位狀態。

5.3 安全保護(hu)地接地系統

5.3.1?在?EPA?內,當存(cun)在?TN-S?或?TN-C-S?供電系(xi)統時(shi),具有的安全(quan)保(bao)護地可(ke)作為防靜電接(jie)地極進行接(jie)地系(xi)統連接(jie)。

注: TN 系統:電力(li)系統有一點直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)地(di),電氣裝置(zhi)的外露可導(dao)電部分通過保(bao)護線與(yu)該接(jie)(jie)地(di)點相連接(jie)(jie)。根(gen)據中(zhong)性導(dao)體(N)和保(bao)護導(dao)體(PE)的配置(zhi)方(fang)式,TN 系統可分為如下(xia)三類:

1、TN-C 系統,整個系統的(de) N、PE 線是合一(yi)的(de)。

2、TN-C-S 系統(tong),系統(tong)中(zhong)有(you)一(yi)部分線路的 N、PE 線是合一(yi)的。

3、TN-S 系統,整(zheng)個(ge)系統的 N、PE 線是分開(kai)的。

5.3.2?當使(shi)用該接地系(xi)統時,EPA?內的(de)交流設(she)備、工具以及保護地和所(suo)有防靜電設(she)施設(she)備共處(chu)于相同(tong)的(de)電位。見圖?2。

5.4 等電位聯接

在現場(chang)服務、操作和(he)處理某些?ESD?敏感元件情況時,可能無法(fa)接到大地時,可采(cai)用(yong)等電(dian)位(wei)聯接,將(jiang)所有的(de)防靜(jing)電(dian)設施(shi)設備、操作人員和(he)使用(yong)中的(de)電(dian)氣設備進(jin)行(xing)聯接,使全部物品之間的(de)電(dian)位(wei)均衡。見(jian)圖?3。

6?技術要求

 

6.1 接地(di)極分系統

 

6.1.1?防靜電(dian)接地極接地系(xi)統(tong)設施(shi)應具有接地極分系(xi)統(tong),以便對靜電(dian)荷進行泄放時提供一個到大地的低(di)阻(zu)抗通(tong)路,確保?EPA?內不(bu)發生靜電(dian)放電(dian)。

6.1.2?在接地極分系統(tong)設(she)計(ji)施工之前,應對(dui)現(xian)場的土壤電(dian)阻率進行勘測和測量并記(ji)錄(lu)。自(zi)然(ran)特性如巖層、地下(xia)水以及人造地貌的特性對(dui)電(dian)阻率的影響,這些數據應作為接地極分系統(tong)設(she)計(ji)施工資料的一(yi)部(bu)分。

6.1.3?接地極分系(xi)統對大地直流電阻(zu)應不(bu)大于?4?Ω。對于土壤(rang)電阻(zu)率大,達不(bu)到(dao)?4?Ω以(yi)下(包括(kuo)?4Ω)時,可(ke)以(yi)考慮(lv)下列辦法(但不(bu)限于此(ci)),以(yi)減小大地電阻(zu):

  1. a)增加接地極的數目;
  2. b)使用較長的接地極;
  3. c)用水平導線或格柵代替垂直接地極。

6.1.4?基本(ben)的接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極(ji)分系(xi)統(tong)由多根打(da)入(ru)地(di)下的接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極(ji)組成(cheng),接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極(ji)沿設施構筑物(wu)的四(si)周距(ju)滴水溝(gou)外側600?mm~1800?mm?的地(di)方(fang)均勻分布(bu),在距(ju)地(di)面至少?600?mm?深的地(di)方(fang),接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極(ji)間用(yong)?40?mm×4?mm?鍍鋅扁鋼(gang)或?30mm?×3mm?紫銅排相互連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)起(qi)來(采(cai)用(yong)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)見(jian)圖?4)形成(cheng)一(yi)個完(wan)整的接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)網。連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)點采(cai)用(yong)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.1.5?接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極可(ke)(ke)采(cai)用(yong)浸銅(tong)鋼(gang)管,其長(chang)度不(bu)少于(yu)(yu)2500?mm,接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極之間的距離應不(bu)大于(yu)(yu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極長(chang)度的兩倍(bei)(如安裝條件困難,可(ke)(ke)以用(yong)較(jiao)短(duan)的接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極),電極的直徑應不(bu)小于(yu)(yu)?20 mm,鍍(du)銅(tong)層厚度不(bu)小于(yu)(yu)?0.3 mm,或(huo)采(cai)用(yong)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)鋼(gang)管(直徑為?50 mm、長(chang)度為?2500 mm)或(huo)采(cai)用(yong)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)角(jiao)鋼(gang)(50 mm×50 mm×5 mm、長(chang)度為?2500 mm)作為接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)極。

6.1.6?接地極應(ying)與防雷接地極裝置保持(chi)?20 m?以上距離。

6.1.7?如果為(wei)滿(man)足接(jie)地(di)電阻要(yao)求,需要(yao)埋得(de)更深(shen)的(de)接(jie)地(di)極,應(ying)使用符合(he)相同技術要(yao)求的(de)、加長的(de)接(jie)地(di)極,對拼(pin)接(jie)的(de)電極在接(jie)頭處應(ying)焊接(jie)牢靠。

6.1.8?防靜電(dian)接地主干(gan)線應(ying)焊接到接地極分系統上,截面(mian)積不小于?95 mm2。

6.2 公共連(lian)接(jie)點(dian)聯接(jie)

 

6.2.1 在防靜(jing)電(dian)接(jie)(jie)地(di)極接(jie)(jie)地(di)系統(tong)(tong)中,公共連接(jie)(jie)點(dian)引(yin)出線與電(dian)源配電(dian)箱內的接(jie)(jie)地(di)等(deng)電(dian)位(wei)連接(jie)(jie),實現兩(liang)個接(jie)(jie)地(di)系統(tong)(tong)間的電(dian)壓差的平衡(heng)。其(qi)截面積(ji)不小(xiao)于(yu)?4 mm2或寬度不小(xiao)于(yu)?14 mm的銅編織帶。具體見圖?5。

6.2.2?公共(gong)連(lian)(lian)接點(dian)引出的(de)連(lian)(lian)接接地(di)極分系統的(de)接地(di)主干(gan)線,其截面(mian)積不應(ying)小于?95 mm2。

6.2.3?公共連接(jie)點引出的(de)連接(jie)各公共接(jie)地點的(de)接(jie)地支線,應使用絕(jue)緣(yuan)屏(ping)蔽電纜,其截面積不(bu)小于?2.5?mm2。

6.2.4防靜電(dian)接地系統(tong)各個連接部位之間應(ying)確保可靠連接。

 

6.3?公共接(jie)地點要求(qiu)

 

6.3.1 EPA 內宜設置(zhi)一(yi)個或多個公共接地點,以(yi)適應就近接地需求。

6.3.2 每個公(gong)共接地點(dian)可以(yi)連接多個防靜電設(she)施(shi)設(she)備。

6.3.3 公共(gong)接地(di)點可(ke)以是接線條、匯流(liu)排(pai)或其它(ta)方便使(shi)用的接線方式。

6.3.4?任意(yi)公共(gong)接地點間電阻值小于?1Ω。

6.3.5 EPA內的(de)接(jie)(jie)地連(lian)接(jie)(jie)點/公共(gong)接(jie)(jie)地點標(biao)識符號(hao)式樣如(ru)圖6所示,其尺寸的(de)大小應能夠在普(pu)通(tong)照明條件下用(yong)肉眼(yan)清楚(chu)辨(bian)認。標(biao)記(ji)顏色(se)應采(cai)用(yong)黃底黑色(se)。接(jie)(jie)地連(lian)接(jie)(jie)點/公共(gong)接(jie)(jie)地點應用(yong)此符號(hao)標(biao)記(ji)。

6.4.2 防靜(jing)電(dian)工(gong)(gong)作臺等(deng)電(dian)位體,連接(jie)該工(gong)(gong)位的防靜(jing)電(dian)設施設備(bei),包括并不(bu)限于:手腕帶(dai)、工(gong)(gong)作臺面、臺墊(dian)、接(jie)地(di)工(gong)(gong)作服等(deng)。

6.4.3 防(fang)靜電設施設備的接(jie)地(di)(di)可(ke)以是軟接(jie)地(di)(di),也可(ke)以直(zhi)接(jie)接(jie)地(di)(di)。涉及人身(shen)安全的防(fang)靜電接(jie)地(di)(di)必須采取軟接(jie)地(di)(di)。

注(zhu):使用(yong)的手腕帶(dai)和其他導(dao)線可能有附加電阻,典型(xing)值是1MΩ,作用(yong)為限止入地(di)(di)電流,這一點特別(bie)重(zhong)要,因(yin)為該連接導(dao)線位于(yu)人體與地(di)(di)之間。

6.4.4 每個防(fang)靜電設施設備的接(jie)地(di)應獨(du)立與公(gong)共連接(jie)點連接(jie),不得串(chuan)聯。

6.4.5?當接地(di)對象(xiang)為非金屬材(cai)料(liao)時,應(ying)(ying)在接地(di)對象(xiang)上裝設緊密結合的(de)可(ke)靠金屬導(dao)體(ti),并應(ying)(ying)在金屬導(dao)體(ti)上引出接地(di)導(dao)體(ti)。金屬導(dao)體(ti)的(de)緊密結合面積不小于?100mm2。

 

6.5??連接線

6.5.1 公共接(jie)地點到防靜(jing)電(dian)工作(zuo)站等電(dian)位體的連接(jie)線的截面積不小于?2.5mm2。

6.5.2 連(lian)接(jie)線的連(lian)接(jie)應采用釬焊、熔焊或壓力連(lian)接(jie)件、卡箍等。

 

7??驗證

 

7.1 ?測試儀器

測試接(jie)地電(dian)(dian)阻使用直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)阻計,電(dian)(dian)阻計的(de)量(liang)程(cheng)滿(man)足測量(liang)要求(qiu),準(zhun)確度應在±10%以內。

7.2 ?測量

7.2.1 ?和防(fang)靜電(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)施(shi)設(she)(she)備接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)相(xiang)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)共接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)點(dian)與(yu)安(an)全保護地(di)(di)(di)(di)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)測試(shi)。用歐(ou)姆表(biao)測量(liang)選取(qu)的(de)(de)(de)和防(fang)靜電(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)施(shi)設(she)(she)備接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)相(xiang)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)公(gong)共接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)點(dian)與(yu)安(an)全保護地(di)(di)(di)(di)之(zhi)間(jian)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),包(bao)括所(suo)有互(hu)連(lian)線和固定裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)。總電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)不應大于?25Ω。

7.2.2 ?公共接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)點與安全(quan)保(bao)護地(di)(di)(di)之(zhi)間的連(lian)接(jie)電阻測試。用歐姆表(biao)測量公共接(jie)地(di)(di)(di)點和安全(quan)保(bao)護地(di)(di)(di)之(zhi)間電阻,包括所有互(hu)連(lian)線和固定(ding)裝(zhuang)置的電阻。總電阻不(bu)應大于(yu)?1Ω。

7.2.3 ?接(jie)地極分(fen)系(xi)統大地電阻應(ying)采用電位降法(fa)在(zai)干燥(zao)土壤表(biao)面(mian)上、設施竣工之(zhi)前進行(xing)(xing)測量。干燥(zao)的(de)表(biao)面(mian)是指在(zai)三(san)天之(zhi)內未下過雨的(de)土壤表(biao)面(mian)。建議至少第一年每(mei)三(san)個月(yue)和以后為(wei)每(mei)?12?個月(yue)進行(xing)(xing)一次這樣的(de)測量并(bing)記錄,以觀(guan)察(cha)接(jie)地極分(fen)系(xi)統的(de)穩定性。

7.2.4 ?防靜電(dian)接(jie)地(di)極接(jie)地(di)系統中,電(dian)源配電(dian)箱內連接(jie)安全地(di)的等電(dian)位體和防靜電(dian)接(jie)地(di)極公(gong)共接(jie)地(di)點的電(dian)阻測(ce)試,測(ce)試頻次(ci)(ci)建議至少每(mei)年進(jin)行一次(ci)(ci),測(ce)量(liang)并記(ji)錄。

7.2.5 ?工(gong)作臺(tai)等(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)體(ti)與安(an)全地(di)接(jie)地(di)連接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)測(ce)試。用歐姆表測(ce)量工(gong)作臺(tai)等(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)體(ti)接(jie)地(di)點與安(an)全保護地(di)之(zhi)間電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),包(bao)括所有互連線(xian)和固定(ding)裝置(zhi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)。總電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)不應大于(yu)?25Ω。

7.2.6 ?防(fang)靜電接地系統各個連(lian)(lian)接部位之(zhi)間的搭接電阻測(ce)試,用歐姆表(biao)測(ce)量公共連(lian)(lian)接點和接線端之(zhi)間電阻。電阻不應大于?0.1Ω。

 

8 ??接(jie)地安全(quan)檢查

 

EPA?使用(yong)前及(ji)按規定的檢查周(zhou)期內,對?EPA?系統的接(jie)(jie)(jie)地連接(jie)(jie)(jie)線、公(gong)共接(jie)(jie)(jie)地點、工作(zuo)臺等電位聯接(jie)(jie)(jie)及(ji)防靜電接(jie)(jie)(jie)地與安全地間的連接(jie)(jie)(jie)狀(zhuang)況進行嚴格檢查,確(que)保(bao)技術狀(zhuang)態良好(hao)。

1) 檢查(cha)防(fang)靜電接(jie)地狀態(tai);

2)?目(mu)測檢(jian)查安全接(jie)地、儀器設備保護地線(xian)是否連接(jie)可靠;

3) 檢查防靜(jing)電設施設備、工具是否按要求接(jie)地;

4) 監督防靜電接地檢查(cha)并記錄。
